Meet the KickStand Team
Sheryl Lindmeier, 20 Year veteran in computer networking, programming, and website design. I'm a wife and mom of an adopted daughter and 3 little toy poodles. I've worked in the Corporate environment most of my career, and also sold Scrapbooking supplies as a partner with a Direct Sales company for 10 years. I'm a die-hard golfer and enjoy beading, music, photography, paper crafts, and genealogy research. I was very excited to join my awesomely innovative cousin in this new venture. I have my own Web Design business and I believe our background and skills complement each other immensely.
KickStand Enterprises was born from our frustration in finding really cool places and businesses online. We love to travel, experience new adventures, and getting together with friends and family, but the task of searching the Internet to find these places was downright laborious.
It was a chore right from the start to plan and coordinate a getaway or meeting place.
Sure, there are Internet directory and finder sites out there, but most have an "everything and anything under one roof" type of approach, rather than being able to find a place for a specific purpose.
Our idea then followed: To design directory and finder sites that are fun, easy to use, and that pertain to a specific type of business.

- Advertising that is fair, rather than the thought of "the more you pay, the bigger your ad." This way it is easier for visitors to find all of the information quickly in order to compare more easily
- Affordable pricing. Our directory sites are less expensive than a one-time print ad and much more effective because we are reaching millions of people
